Is it really unlimited seats?

Yes - our pricing is for your entire revenue team. We are here to solve a key challenge for leaders. You need to improve skills across your entire team, and measure their improvements to revenue.

What are the usage limits?

There are none.

We highly encourage engagement in training.
There are no limit to seats in Pointer Academy either. Your entire revenue team can get access to the modules they need, either live or online.

Do you train our sales process?

We are process agnostic. Broadly all processes follow the buyers journey. Revenue professionals to understand the fundamentals behind the process and be able to apply them to any process. We make sure our training only supports your process and will never contradict it.

If you do need bespoke packages, talk to our training team who can work with you on building it specifically for your team.

We do still train a multitude of deal frameworks and methodologies. MEDDICC as an example; We want all enterprise reps to know the system. Even if your company does not use it. The knowledge we train is transferable to any other qualification method

How does the training cover the full sales cycle?

We have specialists focused on SDR, AE, AM, CSM, SE and all the other sales acronyms.  Many concepts, such as Discovery, are similar across multiple roles. Still, how an AE does discovery is different to AM's who may have a year to build a case for expansion. We include comprehensive lessons on all stages of the sales process—We want to support your team from the initial outreach and discovery to closing the deal and post-sale relationship management.

How do we stay in control of what is taught?

We work hand in glove with you. You get access to all of our training. You can watch any sessions, view recordings or join.

You will also get detailed reports on your team's engagement with our training.

Finally, we encourage you to have open conversation with your team on what they are learning and how they are implementing it.

Does my team receive certification upon completion?

>

Yes! Your team member will get a certificate of completion provided they attended (or watched the recording of) 100% of the modules.

However reps are encouraged to get a 'Certificate of Excellence'. To get this, reps needs to validate their competency in the skill. Typically through having you sign off that the rep has adequately adopted the skill in their day-today job.  

How does the recruitment support work?

We deliver our marketing leading results at a fraction of the cost to our members.  Alternatively, if you prefer to do it in house, we offer support for you as a hiring manager in building and implementing Pointers exact recruitment processes.
